I like the group fitness classes. Most of the time the temperature is very comfortable. There are time when the timer is set to 72 and none of the on site staff at Rocklin are allowed to adjust it. 68 is a much more comfortable temp.

I love that there are additional rooms to do cardio. I feel as if I can sort of hide away and do my work out in private... it's just a nice feeling. I also love that you offer free classes with membership. I have already taken two new classes.
The way its always kept up
I love the Rocklin pool and water aerobics classes...though there should be more classes including more weekend and evening classes.

Clean and up to date equipment
Everything is pretty much included. Weights, aerobics, swimming, water aerobics. It's all clean, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Plus you don't feel like you're in one of those gyms where you already have to have the perfect body to be there!

The friendly atmosphere of the staff. I truly enjoy my workouts and classes but feel that a club etiquette class should be offered to new members attending classes.
Always my biggest complaint is the aerobics room is not properly air conditioned nor clean. The floor is filthy and full of dust bunnies. UGH
