i wish there was more for my kids to do though - i would love to see some youth classes added. my boys don't want to go to the daycare, but would go to a fitness training class if it was offered. i could go to the gym more if there was something else for them to do.

The Rocklin Sports and Rocklin gyms have great front desk staff. They're always welcoming and friendly! The Rocklin sports complex needs some attention on their cleanliness.

Lap swimming is open all the time within club hours and not restricted to certain times of day

It is clean, machines in good working order, and there are many options with the various classes offered.
