The club I use is clean I really appreciate that. There are very good instructors for the classes I take and plenty of free weights as well a stationary machines. I like the pool for lap swimming. The staff are nice folks so in totality it is good gym for my needs.

The fitness center on Between Carmichael and Fair Oaks is friendly and offers free coffee in the morning. Not a big thing? Think again. Its a very big thing .Brings people together. Rancho is big, but cold.
It is very nice. The people are friendly. I love the pool. It is a great place to exercise.

The fitness manager is the best. She has worked very hard to know most of the regular customers by name. She and the entire staff make everyone very comfortable and happy to be in the gym. Drake at the front counter is also one who welcomes you each morning with a smile and a happy content each and every day. Also, your personal fitness trainers are great. Especially De,who is especially qualified in his field and always ready to help you with your goals. The entire club is great.

I like the fact that not just hard-bodies are working out. I use a cane and find that I am not the only one.

It feels like a family everybody very friendly. Some of the training staff is amazing like Caesar and Brandon.

The front staff is very friendly upon entering the facility. The club is clean, bathrooms, floors, equipment etc and they keep on the equipment. The machines and other gym equipment overall placement fit the room area so it doesn't feel over crowded.
This is definitely a family fitness center. It serves all ages and all abilities. The staff is exceedingly friendly and helpful.
