Lots of equipment and a lot of options with Personal Trainer, or other Instructor Led activities. I especially like Nick Swift at Roseville. He is very knowledgeable and his instruction is easy to understand. His workout routine is very effective and he inspires you to work harder on your own.

There is almost no wait for machines, you can bring your kids, clean environment.

As a parent of a little one, having child care that I can trust, while working out, is the greatest benefit of Cal Fit, in my opinion. I also appreciate that they have everything I could possibly need for any workout I would ever want to do, in addition to a swimming pool, hot tub, and sauna. In the summer months, I love taking the kids to the locations which have great water play toys and a beach entrance pool. It's like a gym and water park in one :)

I love the classes, the instructors are fantastic, the facility is clean, all staff have been very friendly, the kids club has made my kids super happy when they've gone, and there are always plenty of treadmills available when I want to use them.
