I like the fact that there are so many different pieces of training equipment that you can vary workouts at will. Also, with a multiple gym membership, I can find a gym at home, work or wherever my day takes me.

The facilities are well equipped with excellent equipment. The staff is very courteous and polite, there are plenty of locations that make getting to my workouts easier, depending where I am at.
