The fitness equipment is of high quality. The club is clean and neat. The personal trainers and class instructors are very knowledgable and friendly. Front-office staff is very courteous.

Folsom loction: Classes/instructors (Zumba and GIT) great. Manager Olivia is great; morning front desk staff is great. Restroom/locker room well maintained.
Suggestions: Elevator needs cleaning and deordorizing... marked up by movers. Carpet in GIT room is filthy - many dirty spots... needs cleaning or replacing.
There are many machines to choose from and there is hardly any wait to use a particular machine
