What do you like about our real estate services?

We had a very short window of time to get the house purchased and David did an excellent job of taking care of any and all issues as they came up. David worked well with the owner, her agent, and us. Good job David !

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Reassuring platitudes were given instead of specific information when it was requested, especially regarding timelines. My worry about failing the appraisal because of lack of carbon monoxide detectors was swept aside- and we indeed failed the appraisal because of that (plus one additional reason). Regularly felt like his focus was closing the sale as quickly as possible, rather than on representing our best interests. When the closing was delayed because of the roof taking longer than expected he framed the discussion as if it was our/our lender's fault we were going to exceed the original agreed upon closing date.
