I love Raintree
Raintree is the richest therapy-specific EMR we have seen. It allows us so much ability to set restrictions for compliance items while still offering lots of ability for therapists to document as they need to for varying patient populations.
I also like the ability to integrate the system with numerous partners in service delivery.

I'm a raving fan of RT. I've been using RT since 2009 and the people I have worked with are wonderful. One of the things I like most is that they are open to listening to suggestions and often make these suggestions standard.
I want to give a shout-out to: Erkki, Timo, Siim N, Tauri, and Teresa English for the awesome help they provided us.
The staff are friendly and willing to help find solutions that work for your practice.

I love how we there are so many options within Raintree and the functionality to customize things all while staying "inside of the box". Each practice is different, and Raintree is able to adapt with all wants and needs.

All of your representatives are great to work with. The ones who don't have as much knowledge are sometimes a little more challenging. it is a little frustrating when we go back and forth about an issue they continually ask for a recording or more examples. If I knew how to fix the problem myself I would. I guess that would be the only thing that I find challenging. Most of the time I get fast accurate support and it has been a pleasure working with Raintree. The system itself is great.
