Service master team engaged immediately and got all the necessary team members handle the indoor leaks, roof patching and boarding the broken windows to avoid further damage to the house because of rain / flooding. Service master team also added dehumidifiers and required fans to absorb all the moisture contents out of the attic and window sills, checked for the next 2 days for moisture levels and only when everything was normal, they disengaged. Thanks for your wonderful services and crew members.

I had water damage; the house was a mess. The ServiceMaster technicians were such nice friendly people. They told me daily what time I could expect them, and they showed up on time. A supervisor called me almost every day to check on things, and he stopped by throughout the week they were here to check on the progress and how I was feeling about how things were going. As the technicians did all the work to clear the water, cut drywall, pull up carpet and wood flooring they cleaned up behind themselves as they worked, not waiting until the end of the day. It was never chaotic; they were very organized and knew what they were doing. Every evening my house was intact, and I never felt like I was living in a war zone from a mess. I would highly recommend them.
