I love the main club but I really love the express location too. I love that you don't have any music playing so when I'm listening to my own music on my headphones I don't have to listen to the background music. It's also very clean which I love!

The variety of machines and classes available. The pool is wonderful and Mel is a fantastic swim teacher. Also, Nina in the children's room is extremely helpful and kind.

I like the facilities. But, I asked for a receipt for my purchase which I never received! I'm still waiting (I asked for a hard copy the day of purchase and the club said they would email it- which didn't occur).
Anne is an awesome massage therapist! Appointments are always available at atomethata convenienant for my schedule.
I like the options, they are endless... There is something for everyone, and makes it hard to make excuses to not go to the gym.. I LOVE GOING TO THE BAC!!!!
