The childcare. I think the bathrooms inthe women's locker room could be improved and if you had a tumbling room for kids to play in that would be awesome too

The quality of the facility. I use the pool and it is clean and quiet in the AM.
the side entrance - at my age (80) I find it difficult to go upstairs and then back down stairs, workout, etc. and then go back upstairs and then down. That's a workout in itself!

I like that it's relaxing and not crowded. We hired a trainer for my son for a few weeks, and it was a very positive experience for him.

side entrance is good if you are injured - i was going to pt much easier than negotiating 2 flights of stairs-
Comprehensive resources, excellent pool (best on North Shore), love the bike machines, clean lockers. Very happy to see no shaving in the steammelroom!!
Excellent instructors but problems with babies, carriages and baby carriers in the women's locker room
Also using the vanity as a changing table. There were 4 babies being changed on it last week.
Please do a orientation at the beginning of each baby class . If emails were sent out with instructions no one read them
