The twenty-four hour access is perfect for my schedule. The gym is not large but has all of the equipment I need. I also like that it is never very crowded when I am there. It's also only 5 minuted from my home.
Employees are very friendly and there is plenty equipment to use. BAC is always opened so I go early in the morning before work.

My appointment is always after work and upon my arrival I am always offered a cup of coffee or water. So welcome after a long day. I have been a client of Nicole's for years - she goes over and above to make me comfortable. Always feel relaxed when I leave.
All the employees are very nice and accommodating to deal with. Also there are a variety of classes offered that interest me.

The cleanliness, how friendly and helpful the staff is
Everyone is friendly and helpful. I have reasonably bad arthritis and although I had some blips restoring my side door access all now is fine. I had total knee replacement 5 weeks ago and I intend to have the other knee replaced before year end. Once that has happened and I am fully recovered, I hope to abandon the side door routine and return to the front entrance. The one thing that it would be nice to have is an electric bathing suit spinner to wring most of the moisture out of swimming apparel. I use the pool 3 to 4 time a week and it would be nice to return home with a semi dry swimsuit.

The atmosphere is relaxed, not crowded. Love the pool. Excellent personal training.

Mike DiAmico was incredibly thoughtful, knowledgable, and proactive in developing a structured and detailed routine that took into account all my past/present medical conditions to work with me. Mike went as to go so far as to help me coordinate my workout plan in coordination with your onsite PT services. I am only waiting on my doctor's clearance to move forward and go the distance under Mike's professional guidance. I cannot obviously say enough about the level of professionalism he exhibited along with the care and services I will get by working with him and at Beverly Athletic Club. It truly is a place that meets all one's Fitness and Health needs with so much to offer it clients. Please pass along my good words to him. See you all soon. Doctor appointments and consults, you understand the waiting process. I am anxious to get started and on the road to a healthy me! For the record, I never take the time out to respond to surveys. However, I am thoroughly impressed with total comprehensive services your facility has to offer along with finding a trainer that put me at ease regarding my current limitations and spending time to address and assess my level of restrictions and approach it compassionately and honestly about the length of time required to achieve those goals. He did offer or suggest that it would be a quick fix but told me openly what to expect. Thank you again Mike and BAC.
