Everyone is so friendly, welcoming, and helpful first off, which is the most important! Also, there's lots of options as far as fitness goals- there's group fitness; personal training; swimming; gym equipment;and you offer PT services. I like that my insurance gives me a discount for my membership and your PT is in my network. It's great you offer childcare for the Moms & Dads, and I love your free community classes you offer. There's always lots of events posted for things going on in the community or fun events that you offer as well. I love all the challenges that you have throughout the year, like the 90-day challenges for example. The in-house salon is so convenient and absolutely great. I love the smoothies at the front desk too! It's the best fitness club I have ever been a part of. I love it here. Thank you!

I love the classes, the personal trainers, the equipment and the staff is so personable and available.
I love the facility and the trainers. I do wish you had more Small Group Training classes and maybe boxing.

I like the size of the facility and variety of services and equipment.
My major complaint still is the ladies locker room and toilets. It smells very funky in there. I believe the floor should be tiled... Ventilation or air-freshners would help...
Also the wifi problem in the ladies gym. I cannot use that area as I listen to Pandora which I'm sure many other users do too.

Great atmosphere, convenient 24 hour site
Ann really listen to the issues I'm having and does an excellent job to ensure I leave pain free.
Super convenient, the new paint/updates to the express gym are great, has everything I need to get a good workout. The clean locker rooms are a plus!
Front Desk staff very welcoming . I only use the main work out room , very spacious and have been able to get on a machine at all times . What would be nicer is if there were more wipes available to wipe down the machines after each use, they seem to be empty a lot of the time , or if there were more positioned around the room. All and all very nice club and easy to get in do what you want to do and get out for the busy person !
