Your services are top notch. I am 67 and have had two total knee replacements this year, the last one on September 27th. As a result the side entrance is a godsend. Thank you for letting me enter and exit without putting undue stain on my creaky excuse for a body.

I love the people that work there md how I am treated. The classes that are offered are extensive, exactly what I'm looking for and the times are versatile and fit my schedule. I love being able to book classes using my BAC app. and that it is addd to my Outlook with reminder.
Great classes and love the salt water pool. Also big fan of the staff. Very pleasant and easy to talk to.
Friendly people, quality equipment
We are not members but our 2 kids take semi-private swim lessons from Jennifer T. She is a great teacher and the facilities are very good. The pool water is very warm (perfect for 5 year olds)
Pool is great and is well maintained. I use it twice a week. I also use the large gym and use the weight machines, the Helix, and the free weights. I like the range of equipment available.

I recently had surgery and had to put my membership on hold. I spoke with Jill and there was no problem whatsoever for her to assist. Great communication and there was no hassle at all.
I get all my beauty services done at the salon and everyone does excellent work and the staff is very friendly! Would definitely recommend!

salt water pool to do water aerobics
I really like the ladies room,but the tread mills,which what I use are older always have some issue, fan,tv or display goes on and off.Since there are only Two it is very maddening. They need to be servicedI once in a while .I don't like going out on the floor to use those treadmills as they are much more updated and can be hard to use for someone stupid and in a hurry like me.
I will have to admit I like the price for us senior citizens.
That and the ladies only room is what keeps me coming

although currently injured and limited to only the use of the pool, I have previously enjoyed spin, TRX and CX classes. Sometimes body pump. Often the free weights as well as the machines. Sometimes I use the big weight room, sometimes the women's room.
Always clean, not crowded and offers everything I need!
Liana does my hair. She always listens to what I want, makes suggestions and never cuts more than asked for.
She is quite flexible and always pleasant and pleasurable to be around.
