Great trainer (Mike D'Amico) -- always positive, fun to work out with, knows his stuff and understands my various physical infirmities.
And I really like the facilities, have never felt like there were too many people there, haven't had to wait for equipment, only had to wait for a swim lane once (it's really not possible to share a swim lane with most people).

Open 24 hours, very clean. Can't say much about the day crowd because I go at 2a.m but at that time it feels like it's my gym!

Convenience. My only complaint is a trainer once kicked me off a machine claiming he needed it for a client. He then spent a half hour using it for himself before a client showed up.
