I really appreciate you participating in the Renew Active program through United Healthcare. It has made a huge impact on my health and ability to exercise. I can’t thank you enough. I love the amount of equipment and different rooms for different activities. I enjoy the pool, sauna, and steam room which is a big deal to me.

I am currently using BAC express, they got a good variety of equipment. Gym space is nicely divided into different area for workout; everything is clean.
The structured classes are what I like best. They are geared to specific needs. HIT is incooperated into lots which is a great way to get and keep in shape!
I do best in a group rather than on my own!

Im.a new member. The Customer service is amazing!! Offer so much. Love classes. Pool,steam room. The women's private workout area. So far very happy being a member.

although I joined for the saltwater pool, I stayed for the Friendly staff, and uncrowded, thoughtful space separation for women and families,with no phone, no tv zones.
I line that Overall wellness is the focus with lots of ways to start and stay active. Staff super friendly and helpful!
As a member of the Express club, the 24/7 availability is the best, the club’s cleanliness, many pieces of equipment, and not too crowded rooms. I also think it’s offorable
