The thing I like best about General RV is your service department. You guys are so quick compared to other RV Service departments. When I called to make a service appointment, you have one available in a few days. I bring the RV in and you diagnose the problem usually the next day and order the parts. When the parts come in, you quickly make repairs and return the RV to me. The only delay is waiting for the parts to be delivered, which is totally out of your control. The service technician that we have been dealing with is Brenda - and she is polite, courteous, knowledgeable and very efficient.

Lori is great. Having to pull my RV down there several times to complete warranty repair is not. Also, having to pay to reseal a trailer that is only 6 months old is ridiculous.

The staff worked hard to find the right credit union and camper that fit my budget. They provided daily updates of where they were at in the process which made this process smooth sailing. I highly recommend general RV in Mt. Clemens. Big kudos to Michael Smith, our sales rep, and Mike Buchwald, our financial rep, for providing a great experience for us. We can’t wait to hit the road and make memories with our family in our brand new camper!

I took my RV for some service work and met Walt from the service department. He greeted me at the service door even before I got out of the drivers seat. We did a “what brings you in” moment explaining a leaky window. He was thorough and detailed about my concerns by being pleasant and warm. Him and his service department went above and beyond by doing extra checks on the RV even before I asked. After dropping off the RV Walt called me later explaining what they found and how much it would cost up front. Work was completed in a timely manner with tons of precautions to make sure the work was done right. Thank you to Walt and the entire service department!!!
