Friendly, helpful staff

We had a problem with our coach that’s is out of Warranty. Dale helped with calls to the manufacturer of the coach and of the heating unit that was not working. The problem was bad enough that we were planning on selling the coach and taking a huge loss. Thanks to Dale, we discovered there is a solution that the manufacturer of the heater won’t claim as a recall, but they have a solution to fix it. This was going on over two years with the back and forth until Dale got involved. From me and my family, Dale you made a huge difference. We are grateful and thankful for your persistence, professionalism, and excellent costumer service.

Everything went as planned. We had a great experience starting at the RV show with Patrick and ending at General RV with Pam. We had several other General RV employees help us too. Our DS John was very knowledgeable. We did a trade in on our camper. The process was so easy. Thank you for providing us an exceptional experience!

Parts crew at the counter is great. Very personable. I will continue to come back here for parts on my Winnebago..... Service on the other hand......... appears to be a few issues there.

With the experience I had with the General RV location in Tampa Florida, Ocala General RV is more capable of accomplishing what you expect them to do. Even though I did have a few issues with Ocala not ordering the correct part and not replacing screws they took or as well as forgetting to finish all the paint work as written, they did have me back in to get most of those items completed. There isn't enough time when you pick up a coach to see all the issues that might have happened on the coach and it would be nice to have that time or have someone there at the RV dealer that is the Quality Control check to these units so that we as customers are more comfortable that there is an extra eye to catch any issues that we might not have the time to find during a walk through. It would make the RV Dealer's reputation and ability to be trusted and get the job done right the first time more achievable.
