General service department got my RV in early and diagnose all the problems in a. Timely fashion. I already got a call today from Michelle (service co-ordinarer) the warranty company OKed the repairs. Michelle will call me when the parts are in to schedule the repairs.

Matt’s RV Reviews is what brought us to your dealership. Your entire team was the reason we purchased our new RV. Matt, Tyler, Kevin, and your whole, service group, and parts and accessories group are awesome!

It’s should be known that Matt doing his YouTube RV reviews is the only reason we drove 4 hours to look at the new RV. We have a dealership 20 minutes from our house in Vero Beach. He deserves a ton of accolades for the work he is doing.

I contacted via online request and immediately received feedback that was not only helpful but exciting! We went back and forth several travel trailers, watched 100’s of you tube videos and read many many reviews on the particular unit we liked. Just a few short days later we we’re headed home with our 202 Grand Design 32BHS! We are so excited to get out this summer and share our memories with everyone!

My salesmen want pushey. He answered all of our questions about our new camper.

We got a walk through before we took our camper home. Very helpful. My brake controller wasn't installed yet, sho they delivered or camper for free. It was very nice.

They make it easy to make an appointment for service, maybe because of the virus, maybe it's because it's a slow time of year, maybe they work to keep wait times short. I has some warranty work done on a back up camera and I did not buy the trailer from them, they still got me in quickly and my trailer was ready as promised. The replacement camera did not ship on time and General RV called and let me know about the delay. I worked with Debbie and she was great.

The service department took good care of me by coming to my campground to replace a defective washing machine. I have never had an RV dealer do house calls.
