The power cord for my unit was stolen and I didn’t discover it until the night before we were set to travel on Memorial Day weekend . General RV Tampa location assured me that they would stay long enough for me to purchase a new one. Special thanks to Jared who met me at the desk and directed me to the cords.

Your office in Clarkston was awesome. I called at 1100am on the Friday before Memorial Day because my converter went out. It’s a 2018 cougar 32DBH. I was there by 1230pm and left at 130pm to head to our campsite in ortonville. I called general r v in birch run because that’s why I purchased it and they said it would be 2 weeks. This is not the 1st issue I’ve had up there and I will never go back to birch run. I’ll be purchasing another r v and it will definitely be at your location. Hopefully your manager will get with the owners of general r v and let them know birch run was not willing to help.

Any of the associates that I have encountered have been happy to help or address my concerns any time that I have been in. With any warranty work that we have needed Baylee at the Clarkston store has been exceptionally helpful an proficient not to mention greatly appreciated. Her friendly smile and warm welcome is always welcoming and calming when we have a particularly stressful issue and she always follows our order through to the finish.
