Thank you So MUCH Tony and Trevor in service spending an hour plus trying to figure out the beeping in my camper.

It was an old smoke detector in a box that I put under the seat of the dinette!

Great sports about it!

We were on vacation and the water heater quit working we stopped in they got us in fixed the problem and we back on the road. Awesome

having lousy response for missing privacy window covers that are missing , its been 3 weeks so far and they said maybe another 6 weeks, they said they might have found a front inside window but no side curtains,

the coach door does not fit, there is light at top and light at bottom, i use tape to keep weather out, not bad for a $150,000.00 investment, they are still taking pictures and waiting for factory approval to replace, if i would have seen that at buy time i would not have purchased the unit...

What do you like about our company?

I brought my travel trailer in for a leak which i had ongoing for a few years and could not locate it. general trailer was told of the problem and took a few days and caulked it diligently, and now the leak is gone, we are now high and dry for the first time in a few years, thank you general trailer and your wonderful service personnel for a job well done.
