A few years ago I went into your store and was ignored. I wrote a poor review. The reason I mentioning this now is apparently you turned around because I had excellent service this time. I was greeted with two friendly, “ hellos, how can we help?” At the door two people went above and beyond what they needed to do to help me. they knew the products. I went back a week later to purchase a few other things and got great service too.Kudos to you for having a wonderful store in Wayland Michigan!

We were not pressured when looking for the right 5th wheel. They stayed almost 2 hours after closing working with us and we found the right 5th wheel that fitted our needs when we go on the road. They walked us through the rv and showed us everything and how everything works and then some. We were very impressed. We will definitely tell people who are looking for a rv to go to General RV. We can not thank them enough.

Process to have our camper was very easy. Pulled in through the service bay and dropped the camper trailer to receive maintenance work performed. Mike from Service was easy to deal with and kept me informed as they found issues with our camper. Once permission was granted for the work to be completed it was quickly completed.

Friendly personnel , they take all the time necessary to explain everything .

Probably a good idea to hold the delivery appointment to the time they are made and have the trailer/rv waiting to hitch up or drive away for the customer. Make the process under an hour if possible. Also would be nice to give each customer a appreciation camping basket of some sort. Think about it .. it’s like buying a home away from home.

Sales and finance associates were personable, real people. They were able to handle my unique situation and purchase needs. Frankly like buying from a friend. “Especially Adam” he handled every change I kept making to take delivery. Great people. Demo was fine but needed a little more excitement.

Always been very helpful...with anything we ask..

We got a great deal on our motorhome! We haven't had any problems getting it in for service like the horror stories I have heard from other people. And we are always treated with respect and kindness when we are dealing with the staff--from the initial phone contact to parts, service, etc.
