Specifically speaking, Your manager Doug Clements and sale-man Mike Glass was willing to work with our budget. Give us several options, drove us around and took the time to find the most fitting rv. This is our second purchase from General RV and with employees like Doug and Mike is what keeps us coming back. 1 Matt, Drew, and Kathy were very prompt and professional when we arrived for our 9am service appointment.
2 All 3 of them were briefed and had the work order in hand, and quickly began there detailed review of my RV.
3 During the review, Matt & Drew found a roof seal failure - and addressed/fixed it.
4. Matt, Drew, and Kathy were both friendly and approachable, and answered all my questions and concerns.
