the friendliness good people
Friendy staff in all departments.good experience
We extremely pleased with the service deptartment at the Brownstown location. Especially with Amorette Bradshaw. She listened to our service issues and wrote up the detailed service ticket which adressed our concerns. We will definitely return for service we may need. It was a much better experience than at the Wixom location.
I needed some replacement parts for my camper and they found them quickly and at a reasonable price.
Luke was a big help. Thanks
My wife and I bought a 2009 Keystone Outback through Ollie, who was very informative, patient, answered all questions, took the time to go through each unit we looked at and helped make sure that we purchased the unit that was right for us.
After purchase, there were some problems with the electrical on the slideout. First it was fuses on the tongue of the trailer, taken care of by service. then there were some wires that weren't hooked up correctly, taken care of. The third time that slideout wouldn't work, your service and maintenance dept. went through the entire under belly to make sure that all of the electrical wires were good and taken care of. So far, the slideout is working great. We really appreciate the extra time and effort that all of you took to make sure our unit (new to us) was working the way that it was supposed to. Thank you very much!
Very professional, knowledgeable employees
at the parts Dept makes it a great experience
People at General RV give full explanations to questions asked.
Every person that we came in contact with less extremely helpful and Took the time to answer our questions without rushing. Compared to the other general RV in Florida you guys were complete opposite you actually took the time for each customer as if they were the most important person we really do appreciate that and that's exactly why we will be back
Friendly, professional, helpful
My salesperson, Edna Joye! She's the absolute best!
From our first visit to our purchase the team in Orange Park were amazing. Jimmy Straub started it with his RV-101 he gave us when we wandered in one day. He never tried to sell anything just explain what the terms were and options available. We went to a couple other local dealerships with great encounters but the first impression made us come back almost 2 months later. Jeff Levalle helped us that day because Jimmy was already busy with another customer. Jeff went out of his way to show us all available options and explain anything we asked. His ZERO pressure approach led to us buying a travel trailer that day. The team of Jeff and Jimmy have made us loyal customers. I hope all future encounters with general RV during service appointments goes as well as the sale.
Your salesmen were non pressure and more interested in letting us find the perfect coach for us. Jimmy Straub and Jeff were outstanding during the entire process!
Friendly staff, quick service.
Like Greg our salesman
our new rv had a couple things that needed repaired, they repaired what they could in a timely manner, and told us to come back in a couple weeks for some body repair, we were kept informed the entire time.
Baylee and Chris were very compassionate and went above and beyond to help me. They answered any questions I had or found someone if they couldn't help. Everyone I spoke with at the White Lake location, were wonderful.
Edna Joye, She is the most helpful, lovable, knowledgeable, salesperson, I have encountered, in dealing with general rv, of Mt. Clemens. I met her when I was first looking for a motorhome. Mt Clemens was the only store that one.
So Ed B. said for me to drive out there, so my daughter could see it too. That was all he did. Salesperson, Ed B, from Wixom, did nothing. I would NEVER deal with again. He not once, ever called me, even when I left numerous messages. I thought maybe he would ask, how things went, how my trip was. NOTHING! And who got a commision, that shouldn't have. I bought the rv Dec. 19, 2016, picked it up dec.22 nd,. After picking up the rv, I had problems with the engine light coming on, and off. I wrote e-mails to everybody I could think of. I contacted and got help by a general manager named, Brandon Chambers, who followed up with me with e-mails, to get my rv fixed so I could go to my destination. And Thor (the manufacturer), Ford's (who make the engine), and my insurance companies. And I still have not gone, because of engine problems, and weather. I talked to Edna about something in Jan. she asked how the trip went. Then She wanted to see if she could help me in anyway. She was shocked, I never went on my trip. So she's been in contact with me ever since. Haven't heard a word from Ed B
