I like the individual instructors ability to teach the class. That is coupled with the depth of experience or at least quality of instructors I have found here.
I really enjoy all the teachers! Each one has their own style but I always enjoy every class. Checking in is also really easy and I never feel rushed out of the studio when class ends.
Shefayoga is my safe space and I absolutely love this studio. I feel so welcome by every instructor, learn something new every time, and really enjoy the diversity of the classes. All classes are built for for everyone, from beginner to super advanced, and I always feel accepted right where I am at! I’ve brought multiple friends to the studio who absolutely loved it!
Great community, good variety of classes and times, love the frequent workshops and deals to make yoga more accessible to those of us on a tighter budget.
The studio is large and very comfortable. I've only been to two classes, both with subs, but they were awesome! I have to stop often and rest because of chronic pain but I'm hopeful that the more I do the better that will get. Nobody seems judgemental or anything about me resting so that's really cool.
Friendly front desk staff, a great variety of styles of instructors, classes are usually not that crowded during the day, parking is pretty easy around the studio!
Receptionist was warm and friendly. It seems pretty easy to book or drop in, either way, which is nice. I haven't done heated yoga before, which is marvelous during a Seattle winter, although I will have to organize a towel and water bottle for my next class. It was my first time attending a yoga class in more than 5 years and I definitely was not able to do some of the poses. The instructor was mellow and said it was good that some of us were laughing--I have been told in other studios that I shouldn't laugh during class. But honestly, it is funny when this old runner wobbles and staggers around when the class is doing challenging poses.
