I love the heated yoga! Enjoy almost all of your teachers. There is one teacher that if she's teaching I won't attend. She's a wonderful person but I find her classes different than the other teachers. Instead of getting centered and concentrating on breath I get frustrated and angry. When correcting people in poses the way she does it comes across to me as critical instead of loving or helpful. She's actually made fun of the way people were doing chataranga. This us a change I used to love her classes so I'm not sure what has changed. She's not teaching the way she was trained. Again, she is a wonderful person. Maybe she just needs a reminder of the way you trained her. There are people who are new that come to her class that I bet never come back because she makes it so difficult. Even if she's subbing for a beginner class. I've been practicing for years and really struggle in her classes to the point of frustration.
Back to the positive... I love the special classes you offer and the reasonable price at which you offer them

I like the personal attention that the teachers give. I am a very irregular yoga attendee, but when I do go, it feels like I was just there yesterday.
I enjoy doing yoga and the teachers are very good at what they do. the only thing I would suggest is trying to help people with limitations for alternatives poses. I am new at this and find that I struggle to be able to do all the different poses. They say when they are teaching the class you can modify but I don't know what that means.

The studio was great! Clean and spacious. It has been a long time since I've taken a yoga class. Stacy, my instructor for my first class, was fantastic and helpful. Her rhythm and pace were smooth. It was challenging and a lot of fun. I'm looking forward to my next class!
