The instructors are kind and welcoming. The classes are challenging and I have been searching for a studio that provided this!! I love that I can work at my own pace. Trying to get accustomed to the heat because this is new to me, but I will with time.
Would love a little more "instruction" on some of the more complicated moves, balances, binds, Headstands, handstands, etc. I know the classes move fast, but some of us are still new to yoga, and some quick, basic instruction could be so helpful and maybe reinforcing to more 'seasoned" students.

I have taken yoga for a couple of years before joining the yoga project. This has become my studio of choice for the past year because the instructors are very encouraging and helpful. I have not only learned to evolve in my practice but have also become much more flexible with the assistance instructors adjusting the poses. I have recommended the studio to several friends in the Arlington and Mansfield area.
They are careful to arrange your body in the right position. Very important for a newbie like myself! Thank you!!
The yoga class was challenging in an encouraging way. I felt well guided by the instructor but also was given enough freedom to explore the poses without injuring myself. I enjoyed the atmosphere of the studio and the positivity and kindness that radiated from the people there. I will be back.
