Pilates Plus has been an excellent addition to my routine! The staff are helpful and welcoming, and classes are typically small enough to feel like you aren't getting lost in the mix. I feel the 45 minute workout is the perfect amount of time and that the exercises are extremely effective. The class schedule is also wonderful as there are many available times each day. As someone who is on their first month, I feel very welcomed and excited to attend class each week!

All of the instructors are to notch and super knowledgeable. They all add their own unique style of teaching the various moves. I do believe some gear to more advanced moves so maybe labeling specific classes as advanced would help new members comfort level.
Feedback for future-
Also think having some deduction with 2 or more family members would help new membership volume. Also students that come home for large spans of time like Christmas, or Summer should have student packages- thanks
