You did just what you promised. We had a call when technician was on his way. He was here when he said. It didn't take forever. No hidden surprise costs when paying up. Our light colored carpets (came with house, not our real choice) look so much better and are so much cleaner. I do love the small of your cleaner, citrusy? not chemical.
