the young man who cleaned our carpet was very professional and efficient. he was also informative regarding the markings/dirt under two pieces of furniture that I had moved, explaining what the staining was comprised of and how it may not come out....well guess what! he actually got the stains to come clean so that was a huge plus! the carpet looks terrific and I appreciate his ability to get in and out in such a timely manner all the while, doing a wonderful job of restoring the carpet! he was very friendly and personable as well, so that was a plus!!
