How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Had to have two cleanings. Second one the technician was there twice as long but still just disappointing, in all the hype that’s said about the company on ads and over the radio just feels like a lie.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

When our teck came out he offered the spray to add for an extra 40 something and that would help get the little stains out of the carpet.. they weren’t blood or pet stains just every daywear and tear. He left the carpet was still wet and damp it looked okay but now a day later we are finding more spots that didn’t come out and they were small little spots. So why did I pay the extra $40

Allow for 2 specials at once so all rooms could be done at once.
I was very pleased with the results and would request Mathew for any service and have done!

The carpet looks great after cleaning. I’m also like that it doesn’t take as long to dry. The service was great and Devon is very personable and helpful. It was easy to set up an appt online too. They sent reminders and a phone call. Super easy.

The service man showed up promptly, was polite, friendly and professional.He inspected the carpets and suggested the cleaner for urine spots. But he did not try to oversell more services which I appreciated.
The carpets look great.

The service techs were very knowledgeable and friendly. They did an amazing job cleaning my white carpet (which is amazing, because I have three young kids.) I will definitely hire them again, and have already recommended them to others.
