I was very impressed with the service I recieved. The original backsplash whas not the color I ordered due to a change made at the company. Stephanie came out and made arrangements to replace it with my choice of materials and it was done beautifully within a few weeks. I love the way it looks.

We were very impressed with the installation process. The installers were very well versed on the product and answered all of our questions in a friendly professional manner. They made sure the carpets were protected prior to the start of work and cleaned up the worksite thoroughly at the end of the day. We are very happy with the final product.
That the time to install the new countertops in the kitchen, bar and kitchen table was quick and with no mess.

Quality of product and speed of installation.
I haven't had the product long enough to give a true report, but the device prior to and during the installation was terrific. Everyone involved did an extremely professional job.

All employees that I worked with were very helpful. Did a fantastic job of installation and cleaned everything up. Like how the countertops clean so easily. Have had many compliments on the finished product. Completely reformed the appearance of our kitchen. I was told that the person who referred you would receive $50.00. He has not received this as yet. Would appreciate it if you would check into this.
I mostly like the concept of the thinner product being laid on top of my existing countertop and the minimum maintenance of soap and water versus the heavy full slab of granite and its maintenance.
Your customer service was exceptional. Wendy was very responsive, sincere and even contacted us to double check if a certain product was to our liking. The installers were fantastic. Both Chris and Tino knew what they were doing, cleaned up the work area when finished and were very pleasant to have in my home. I love my new kitchen transformation.

The materials are beautiful. The decorator salesperson was so helpful in picking out colors and helping me match what was needed. They were not pushy but knowledgeable for my situation, the work was done quickly and the workers were very hard working and effective. Overall, I am very pleased with what has been done.

Your products are unique. The method of installing your product on top of existing surfaces instead of demolishing them is wonderful, fast and clean. And your glass tile products make our home look very classy.
