Love the product. The service was o.k. The owner told me he would make me a 10x10 tile with a edging around it like the samples. He said he would leave it by my front door which never happened. He said he had a lot of material of my same counter top. So to make a tile would be no problem. communication between workers was not that good.

The concept is excellent, the materials are of very good quality, your sales person was low-key and fairly knowledgable, and your installers were VERY capable; they able to handle on-site complications with minimal revision of the original plan. This was one of our "better" experiences with niche remodeling firms.
