Everything! The service was great and the product is too. This is my second kitchen countertop and we are thinking of doing the bath next year. This only comment would be to have a greater selection of tile. We ended up doing the backsplash on our own as we wanted the subway style tile.

Was kept informed throughout process by Kelly and the scheduling team. Excellent installation team. All rooms look very good. Really liked the ability to complete the three room installation in one day. Only problems were one bathroom sink leaked and had to get another plumber to fix and there was a lot of dust created throughout the house. Overall quick easy process with nice looking results

I must admit that I had apprehension regarding an engineered product that has been on the market a relatively short period of time. However, what many people neglect to assess is the structural impact that very heavy products, such as granite, can have over time. Three centimeter granite weighs in at about 18 - 20 lbs per square foot. Most houses are designed to withstand 40 lbs per square foot. However, if you design an island that has a thousand lbs of granite in the center of a 16 - 18 foot span, it is likely that the floor will ultimately sag in time. Given the cost of reinforcing the main floor through a finished ceiling, I was forced to conclude that the most economical solution, with a granite appeal, but at a fraction of the weight was the product offered by Granite Transformations. Given the alternatives, Granite Transformations became the obvious and only choice. I appreciated everyone from sales, plumbing, installation, management and customer service. Everyone was friendly and genuinely interested in providing the best installed product possible. When I had an issue, I got personal service from management. Customer service called several times to make sure I was completely satisfied. When it is time to redo my bathroom, Granite Transformations will be my choice.

It's not porous like granite,it doesn't have to be resealed,it's easy to clean and it looks GREAT.

I liked having an in-home sales representative rather than having to go to a showroom. I didn't need 100 choices. Ten or twenty were fine with me. I was given very clear instructions about what I had to do at every step of the process and every person I spoke with via phone was professional and polite. The installation was completed when I was at work and when I came home my kitchen was neat, clean and beautiful.
