My primary reason for choosing Granite Transformations was to avoid having to add to landfils by completly replacing my kitchen counterstops and cabinets. However, I also found their choice of materials appealing, the service was excellent, and employees were very responsive to questions or concerns I had. I am thoroughly enjoying my new kitchen and very satisfied with the quality of the products.
The people, products and expertise. I have already recommended Granite Transformations to another friend who was meeting with the sales rep last night. The concept of quickly transforming an area is absolutely the best for an impatient person like me. I had two major rooms remodeled and it took only three days. But most of all it is the personnel. From the Sales Representative to the installers - they were highly professional, trustworthy and expertly skilled in their trade. Having it all coordinated through Granite Transformations saved me the stress of coordinating someone for the granite, another for the tile, another for the plumbing, for the drywall, etc. In fact, they were so trustworthy I could open up the house and go off to work without a worry. Absolutely the best investment I ever made in my home.

We love our new countertops, but have noticed that their is a chip in one area where we have a laptop computer (do not do cooking here). Please have someone call to set up a time to come fix it (or look at it). It may have been there forever...we just noticed it. I guess we will see how the warranty works. The installers did a great job. Thanks!
All aspects of the Granite Transformations experience were excellent. From the initial in home contact to the final installation everything went perfectly. The gentleman that makes the templates and directs the installation is a true professional. I have and will continue to reccomend Granite Transformations to all of my family and friends. Everyone that has seen our new counter tops think they are great.

The time and attention to detail by everyone couldn't have been better. Workmen always on time and neat while working and making sure things were cleaned up.
staff was very, very patient and helpful during my MONTHS of indecision. They didn't try to push a certain look or force a sale but helped me weigh the pros and cons of styles that would go well in my kitchen. During a follow-up call after installation, they asked if I was satisfied. I said yes, but the silicone I see around the sink had a little "hole" in it, so they arranged for someone to come back and fix that and smooth out the rest of the look. I didn't want to do an entire kitchen remodel, but the counter tops and new back splash DO make my whole kitchen look new. In fact, several friends have asked if I got new cabinets!

From start to finish everyone we were involved with was very professional and fun to deal with. Matt did a wonderful job and spent as much time as we needed in selecting our color. Eric was very thorough with the template and Ken and Bill did a beautiful install and were fun to have in our home. Jeff did a really nice plumbing job even though we forgot to tell him the hot and cold lines were backwards.Very thing is beautiful and we will recommend your product and workmanship to all who are interested. It was money well spent and in today's age of sloppy workmanship, this was a beautiful and well engineered job. Thank you so much to all involved and I'm sure others will be as satisfied as we are.
