Installation is relatively simple. Product is aid to be durable and it looks great. Price is competitive. Service sales personnel, installation team and office has been good. I am somewhat dissappointed that after three weeks we still have not received the electrical outlet covers that I ordered. They were not ordered in time for the installation date but I was told they would be here within a week. Still no word, nor response to my call asking for an update. I have referred three people so far, one has ordered.
quick. no mess. crew came in and measured and made a recommendation that made the counter more user friendly. came back 4 days later, installed perfectly with no mess and we are very happy with appearance and workability. undercounter sink was well installed.
For years we were unhappy out the way our fireplace looked. We decided to check out Granite Transformations. Our design consultant, Karlene could not have been more helpful. She was fantastic at talking with us to find out just what we wanted to change and was instrumental in helping us make selections to implement that vision. The templating process was quick and easy. Installation was done in one day. Our isntallers were very polite and professional and made sure that they cleaned up when they were done that evening.
The product provided was as expected. The percision of your measurement systems resulted in an exact fit. The installer never lifted his head up from the job the whole time he was on site. He also did a niice job cleaning up before he left.
