Looks good and the installers were fine. At first I was disappointed about not being told about the possibility of being required to buy a new garbage disposal and wrote this on the written survey. After that survey was received I received a letter of apology from Brian Sartain along with a check for $75.00 which I think was outstanding. This indicates to me you take serious the customers concerns and will make it right. Yes I will recommend your product and service. Again Thank You.

Very easy and quick although a bit of a backlog to actually get to the work. You did very well but I personally always try for continuous improvement so I'll give some criticism as well...
Consider leaving the kitchen *even more* clean than you do.. If the cabinets were wiped free of dust and so forth, it would really increase the homeowner's visual impact upon walking in. Also consider developing a finish (paint or otherwise) to tidy up the looks of the under-lip of the counters... Just a thought.
I really like the way the counter and sink look in our kitchen. Also, the fact that it was installed in one day with minimal mess. Everyone involved in the design and installation was friendly and professional. I also liked that you had your own plumber and coordinated his schedule with the installers. The only thing that was a small problem was a seam that showed. It was repaired and looks better, but I still wish it blended in a little more.

Excellent products and very good service. The crew was very careful and cleaned up every piece of trash if there was any. We were veryu pleased.
The service was great. Starting with the showroom in Hiawatha when we were picking out samples right down to the guys that installed the granite. Kathy has answered all our questions when we have called her. The product is wonderful and looks great. We feel like we have a whole new kitchen.

We have been very pleased at the service Granite Transformation has given us.
Products were quality, as advertised. Ray did a super job on the sales' end. Not so great on the service end when your installers installed the wrong color cabinet doors in the kitchen. No communication from Ray and no sense of advocacy for us, the clients, and no follow-up call(s). I had to do almost all of the calling to find out what was happening on the re-order process. Very poor on the service end and no follow-through on what he promised as compensation for the 10-day delay on the refacing installation. This left a bad taste in our mouth about Granite Transformations after we had already recommended your company to several friends.

WE love our new g t countertops. We are afraid that we will not be able to pull out our
20 yr old dishwasher when the time comes. The counter looks like it comes down too far.
I tried to pull on it but it does not come past the lower edge of the granite transformation. Please respond to this.

The product exceeded my expectations. It really upgraded my whole kitchen. The service man who installed the product went out of his wway to acommodate and satisfy us. He even took time during his week off to finish a change in our order. To us it was exhibit A of the American way!!
