It was all well organized. However, I had some confusion. The Sales women presented that the front would be angled at the top and the bottom and that was not the case when it was installed
We think the job done by our Granite Transformations plumber and installers were skillfully done. They consulted us on any decisions that needed to be made during installation and accommodated our many idiosyncrasies. If the plumber had determined that longer clips were needed to reinstall our top mount sink, we could have had the new clips here when he returned after the counter was installed.
The installers cleaned up the area before they left and we were able to use the kitchen immediately. Our new counter is beautiful and we are so glad that we found Granite Transformations.
really like the counter tops. The seam should have been under the cabinet. Where it is located is where the evening sun coming thru our dining room windows make the seam really stand out. When you have someone in the area maybe polishing would help. Also some caulk behind two back splash's would give a more finished look. Thanks! Reba Matthews
Looks great and know it is a better product because it isn't suppose to scratch like real granite. I didn't want real granite and was searching for a product that looked good but undated at the same time.
My kitchen looks great after the new countertop and sink. Really improved the kitchen.

Our countertops are beautiful and the workmanship provided by Doug Brodersen and Eric was outstanding. The end result was even better than we anticipated.

What was promised was delivered on time and on schedule. Installation crew was very professional, courteous and worked without creating a mess. Counter looks great, so now need to update the rest so entire kitchen looks great too.

The ease with which the installation of the countertops occurred. Also, the refacing of the cabinets looks wonderful. Really spruced up our kitchen.
we LOVED the lower cost of using granite 'lite' rather than regular granite. we LOVE how quick and effecient both the measuring appointment and the installation appointment went. And lastly, we LOVE how the initial appointment went. all in all, it was wonderful and my wife just LOVES the new look of our kitchen.
I have had several people doing odd jobs on the house and deliveries for this reason I am very worried trying new companies and dealing with poor service. With Granite Transformations this was the opposite the service was the best. Very friendly,and so polite. The next day at work everyone asked how was the counter the first thing I mentioned was how nice the workers are and how quick and on time it was all done.
I was especially impressed with both your sales staff, office staff and installation staff. They were very friendly and professional.

From the show room through installation, we could not have been more pleased with the service. There are so many great choices, it took us a few trips and lots of take home samples to make our decision.

The service we received was absolutely great. The 2 people worked very well together and knew what they were doing. The product fit into our areas perfectly . The only thing that we regret is that we didn't know about the company 10 years earlier.
