It looks fantastic and didn't take a week to install. I mailed back the paper survey the installers left - hope you received it. I did mention there that I am very pleased, yet I have to say I feel mislead about the installation. The process is much much messier than I anticipated. The dust gets everywhere! The installers did sweep before they left, but that hardly is sufficient. Now, I don't expect them to clean my kitchen like I would, but I was lead to believe they would sweep up and I would be good to go! The process just creates more dirt than that and I think your customers would like to know that up front. The installers were very professional and pleasant - no complaints with them!
From design to install to clean-up, the whole process was fast, quick, and easy; very professional. The color combinations of countertops and backsplashes were phenomenal.
No demolition, usually 1 day job. Looks beautiful and easy to care for. No yearly sealing needed on the product. From consultation to finish, the timeline is short! Variety of colors and now there are even more things you can do besides just for bathrooms!

The organized, professional and clean process executed by a top-notch expert in granite,plumbing and electrical installations was sencond to none. My spouse is from Germany. This is the first time after a renovation job is completed for us that he states that finally in Canada he has seen craftmanship equal to the standards set in Germany. This is saying a lot. The work turned our volkswagen of a kitchen in our rental unit into a Mercedes in a very short period of time. We now look forward to the same quality work when our new cabinet doors are installed. We love the look of the granite - it completely changed the appearance of our kitchen. The two men who installers were professional and got the work done quickly and efficiently. We also appreciated the opportunity to make payments in three installments so the cost was spread out. Everyone who has seen the kitchen so far has just loved it!
