Having the installation completed in one day and the plumbing early the next morning saved me from the aggravation of having my kitchen torn up for a week or more. The installers worked carefully and left my house perfectly clean. Other than the new counter and tile work you'd never know they were there.

You were kind, friendly and on time. On installation day Tino made every effort to keep things as clean as possible. Installation was quick and easy. As for recommendations, I have given your name to two of my neighbors and they will probably contact you.
A couple of things really make the product stand out. First, the durability is very attractive, that is you can pretty much do anything on the surface, and second, is that there is no treatment you have to perform on the surface. The service was really outstanding from the initial call, to the schedule of the template and actual work, and finally the minimum mess after the work was completed. I also liked that I paid a portion upfront and the balance when the work was completed which said to me there was a level of trust.
The cost of having a plummer here to unhook and hook up new faucets was really unexpected. I would tell someone to find a friend to do it for you, or it should be included in the cost of the installation. It cost me an extra $550, something I didn't think was fair.

I think your product is fantastic, looks great and easy to care for. I was very disappointed with your installers. With the 1st installation a year ago, they nicked a water line to the dishwasher and we had to have that repaired. With the 2nd and most recent installation, the installers didn't measure correctly where the faucets went and cut the holes in the wrong location, the granite had to be completely replaced. they didn't take the time to do a good clean up, leaving sawdust all over the bathroom, cabinets, mirror and light fixtures. Also after they left, while I was cleaning, I even found a pile of sawdust in my living room where they had sat something down! Granite Transformations made both installations right with us but I was still disappointed. Still, you have a fantastic product and if your service people get their act together, I would recommend Granite Transformations to all my friends.

Clean installation and good product selection. I do have a question about a few pin holes in the finished product. The Plummer did not properly install the sink stopper in the upstairs sink it does not close al the way and can't be moved
