Installers were professional, friendly and detail oriented. Two items of concern. There was confusion over the kitchen color which started with the salesperson. He continued to get it wrong even to the point I was notified the wrong color was ordered. This was not the case once I explained it for the 3rd or 4th time. The other item. I did not realize we would lose drawer space when we went with soft close. I would have liked to have known this,

I like that the product is beautiful, and the service was great. The only downside is I was told when I ordered the product in April that it would be installed in June, and it ended up not being installed until August because of lack of workers and they said the product was backordered.

Product looks great and the installation team worked to ensure the countertops fit perfectly. They were very good about cleaning up once the job was completed.
We love our Terra Ombré countertops. They were installed 17 years ago and still look amazing. We just added an island to our kitchen and ordered a large matching countertop and it’s beautiful. Our installers, John and Sam were polite, friendly, and punctual. They paid great care to both the new counter and our home, while moving the large slab in to the house and there was nothing left to clean up behind them. Would definitely recommend St. Louis Granite Transformation’s.

The quality of my granite countertops in remarkable. The salesman explained everything and help me coordinate colors to go with my cabinets. The installation was incredible. They made sure nothing was damaged while installing and everything went very smooth. It did take a day and a half when I was told twice it would only take a day.

I have done two kitchen projects with Granite Transformation and each time the customer service was great! Now that I have done my kitchen Island, backsplash with window base (for flowers or other goodies). I am ready to tackle my fireplace.
My sales rep, Laura, with Granite Transformation is wonderful. She listened to what I wanted to do with the Kitchen Island and helped with color, type of stone, etc. It turned out great. Laura is doing the same thing with my fireplace. She brought samples and talked through how it would look with the overall kitchen layout (it's a see through fireplace in the kitchen and living room).
I recommend Granite Transformation to all of you that are thinking about redoing a room. Very little mess, and in a matter of a day....your room will be transformed into a wonderful space!

Really, really impressed with Granite Transformations. My countertops look fantastic! Install only took two days and the installers did an amazing job. The new sink looks great as well. This was our first experience with granite transformations so I had some concerns about covering our kitchen counter and installing an undermount sink. When I called with questions prior to installation I always received prompt and courteous answers.
Most importantly was the professionalism of the installers. They arrived on time and were very efficient while showing close attention to detail.

Had my kitchen countertops done 4 years ago in Hydra White. It looks amazing and so easy to maintain, just wipe with Dawn. Like it so much, just had the bath vanity done in the Hydra White with white sink to match the kitchen. Love it.
The installers, Josh and Kevin, were courteous, efficient, took great pride in their work and cleaned up well. You are fortunate to have such excellent associates - it really does make a difference. This is coming from a perfectionist.
Our salesman was outstanding in helping us design what we wanted. The install was almost perfect. We love it.
I love the new counter tops and deep sink. They made a template one day, the next week they came and installed it and they returned almost the next day and cleaned up any stray glue and grout, which is good customer service. Everyone I connected with from the first visit explaining the process and selecting the product to the installation and follow-up was positive and enthusiastic. You felt free to ask questions throughout the process.
I love the look of my new bright sparkly counter tops because it brightens my kitchen and most importantly it covered the old tiles, grout and wood trim and was outdated and looking worn.
It transformed my kitchen. My friends who recommended them to me were also sent a gift certificate, to top it off. I am very pleased.
