Durability

This was a very simple process worth the money. The only issue I have is the counter tops look a little hazy compared to the finished product on real Granet or quarz but all in all it's a good bang for the buck!

I like that they came and made the templates so that everything was ready to install. There was a bump in the installation process but it was taken care of and the final installation was smooth and quick. Everything looks beautiful.

1. Finished countertops, backsplash and refaced cabinets look great. 2. Price was reasonable. The time it took to complete each component was much shorter than typical kitchen remodels. 3. Granite Transformation personnel were all professional, courteous and cleaned up any messes. 4. Finally, any issues, omissions were addressed and rectified. I would not hesitate to recommend this company or utilize again.

We are first-time home buyers in Philadelphia (Fairmount neighborhood). The kitchen renovation was smooth and efficient. We were looking for a complete gut and we were in good hands. Our design consultant was great. Following measuring the space they built a 3D model to review our new kitchen and make changes as needed. It really helped us visualize the new kitchen and understand how to best utilize the space.

There were many options for cabinets, countertops, and accessories. A visit to the showroom really helped us make our final selections. Erwin and his helper Drew were professional and quiet as they demoed the kitchen, and installed the floors and cabinets. They kept us informed on the progress of what they were working on. The countertop installer, Andrew, and his helper were in and out in a day. The backsplash went up without any issues and brought the kitchen together.

We kept our stove and purchased all other appliances to complete the renovation.
From demolition to the project being completed it was slightly over two weeks. Our friends and co-workers were in awe with how quickly and professionally the job was completed, sharing horror stories of their kitchen renovations taking months. Not with Granite Transformations! In a few months, we are planning to redo our master bathroom and will be trusting Granite Transformations to complete the project.

I have used Granite Transformations in the past for my kitchen remodel at home. When it was time to remodel the kitchen at my office they were my top choice! Juliette helped me through the choices, Josh did the measuring and David & Devin installed the job. Melissa also helped made the job run smoothly the day of the install and with the paperwork. Everyone was was so helpful, knowledgeable and made the whole experience wonderful. My countertop and new sink are beautiful and a really nice upgrade to our office. We are pleased with the end product. We were a little put off when the salesman, Lee, told us our vanities were too small a job to be considered for cabinet refacing. However, we painted them and are pleased with the result.

Rob measured for the template and Bob installed our countertops. Rob told us it was not possible to remove our granite backsplash and Bob actually did remove it. We are very happy that he was able to do so but it caused him a lot of work to install the countertop and there is one area where the backsplash does not come to the edge of the countertop because it wasn't measured to fit without the granite.

In our guest bath, the drain did not line up with our plumbing. We were able to connect the two sinks in our main bath ourselves but had to hire a plumber to connect the drain in the guest bath. The sink was set too far back and the plumber had to cut the pipe coming into the house to allow the p-trap to fit. It cost us an additional $360.41 that we were not expecting to have to pay.

Everyone we were in contact with was very pleasant. We would recommend this business.
