The atmosphere is very comfortable and welcoming. The fact that every comfort is provided for, from yoga mats to blankets to eye coverings , as well as complimentary tea,is much appreciated. It smoothes the way for a newcomer and it makes it easier for anyone not to have to bring bring many items to class.
The personal touch & the individual attention that was provided during the session, the length of the session & the immediate result I experienced was such that it will draw me back to more sessions again and again, It has already enticed me to continue with Yamuna Body Rolling. Bonnie is a caring instructor, passionate about what she teaches! Yea, Bonnie!! I can't thank you enough. My pain is less already!

Close by, location. It is calm, quiet, peaceful, it's a well designed space. Instructors are friendly, informative, and professional.

Class was informative and professional. The real plus was the studio, it have a calm and relaxing feeling whilst being well furnished with all you could ever need during a yoga class.
The studio is organized, clean and runs well. It's nice to have classes at 9:30 and 11;00 as that fits very well with my schedule.

Everything! Love the tips and corrections, also the hands on modifications and assistance. I really love the bolsters and the extreme relaxing environment. It is also wonderful that tea is served too! Perfect for apries skiing.

Nice quiet environment. No need to bring a blanket nor mat. Door is closed before the class so no interruption. Instructor was very skilled and great at teaching.
