Your kundalini classes are amazing and the variety you offer.
Your sense of community and goal of bringing people together is bar none
It's not you really, but...I do think there needs to be a reminder given to all students about quiet in the studio - especially for Yin classes, I find it so distracting listening to all the loud chatter before class (and sometimes chat during class). It's so disruptive to my practice and I know others feel the same.
Just a friendly reminder to shhhhh in studio would be welcome : ) thanks.

Timely classes. Great instructors. Beautiful location.
Too many mats out for the amount of people attending class. Felt crowded and not enough space in-between neighbour although tons of room in the studio. Also the class was very loud and chatty and not very zen for a Kundalini yoga class.
The studio was absolutely beautiful, especially while the sun was rising. Samantha was an excellent teacher
I like knowing that each class is a little bit different - I can visit a class to feel challenged, relaxed or both. Whatever the feel, or outcome of the class, I feel cared for and safe. Thank you :)
Well Instructed. The manager let me come as a guest because I was with someone who had a pass and it was the first yoga session I have been too. It made it even more appealing to know that the people who are involved with Semperviva Yoga that after trying it, they know you will be back again.

The teachers are excellent, lots of class times to choose from. City centre studio I always find very calm and mellow.
Small cramped space. Why are classes that draw a large audience scheduled here (e.g., Lisa on Sunday at 4 pm)? I would like to see better use of the City studio. It is used only for advanced classes which seems to be a waste, given that it can accommodate larger classes.
Amazing, caring teachers, great community. Feels like home. I always leave relaxed - there is always a good long Savasana.

The atmosphere and staff were really great. Debora was AMAZING! I’d never tried Kundilini yoga before and I loved it. The studio is a bit far from my home but I’d love to come back and take in another one of Deb”s classes soon.

This class didn’t reflect a typical hatha practice. It should have been labeled a beginner class.
Love your studio. I wish you would bring a studio to Marpole. That's my only suggestion.:)

Lots of classes, and plenty locations, but you might need more locations for the people living on the east side.
Good selection of classes. Super friendly, helpful staff. Lots of space usually at that studio.
Teachers are highly trained, passionate about what they do and plan their lessons with love and care towards their students, taking the time to weave the lesson together with an intention for the day that relates to what is going on in the larger world.
