Sometimes I find that the studio isn't all that clean. The floors are often quite dirty, and the mats really don't smell very nice.

The studio is beautiful and the staff and teachers are knowledgable, friendly and kind. I love Saturday morning classes packed to the hilt with yogis!
It would be nice if you could meet with the instructor before the class in case you've any queries or would like some advice before starting the class. Especially if you're a beginner or have an injury that you would like to address. Overall though, I love the location and the staff are very friendly and I've already recommended it to my friends. Thank you.

When I started yoga 3 years ago, it was reluctant to say the least. I was looking for a form of exercise to compliment my sportive lifestyle of hockey, volleyball, ultimate frisbee and tennis. In fact, at the time I started, I was recovering from a sprained ACL. It was not the first time I did yoga, but I think this time, what appealed to me most about yoga was Semperviva and the instructors. The principles of "The Breath", along with the spiritual ideals struck a chord with me. The instructors were phenomenal at demonstrating proper postures and alignments of each pose, and creating a complete and challenging class. For me, it gave me the same challenges as the competitive sports, but with more benefits for my entire body.
Aside from the yoga class, the staff is almost always very friendly, and reinforces the professional and calming attitude of Semperviva. As well, I have appreciated the few times where I missed yoga for an extended period due to work or personal matters, and Semperviva made the payment adjustments accordingly without any problems. Similarly, a few beginner friends that I have recommended have also commented on the flexibility of Semperviva - like extending the expiration of the 10 class card.
