Teresea is great and so having a sub is less great.
Expand the space or limit the number of people can come in each session so that we won't bump into each other in doing certain movements. During warmer weather the room also stinks and stuffy with too many people sweating.

I strongly believe that those at Semperviva responsible for staffing the front end of your locations continue to find the right combination of personality and people/service oriented skills and provide excellent training and orientation. The only other local operation that comes close are the manager and staff at the JJ Beans kiosk outside the CBC building. SO MANY restaurants and retail outlets could learn from you.
Being greeted by name as soon as you enter and some small chat if they're not busy makes a big difference in feeling genuinely welcomed. Also appreciated being asked "how was class" as I head out the door. WELL DONE!
The sea studio is a perfect location and I wish that you offered more Hatha classes there. There is no street noise, no noisy fans, windows that open for fresh air, and a water view. Perfect for focusing on the moment.
The receptionists are always cheerful.
One area needing improvement: changing facilities and small entry. Really a problem in the winter when everyone has boots, coats, umbrellas.
Any possibility of a 4:15 classes at Sea on Saturday and/or Sunday?
I found the Sun Studio quite stuffy when it is full- better air flow/circulation would be nice.

Flexibility - I can ususally find a class between the 2 closest locations to serve my highly irregular schedule. No matter what location and time, I get a well-taught class. I like the variability between instructors.
I have referred people to Semperviva and they have got to know and like teachers there. Semperviva. Staff are very friendly. Teachers too ... and are generally very accessible. I find they bring unique teaching styles and knowledge and as a recent 200-hour graduate, I value that. I am still always learning and trying things in the classes I have been teaching. The events and workshop offered add value to learning and experience. I appreciate the opportunities to be a student teacher at Sun ... With feedback ...advice and more learning. It is exciting to be able to bring teaching to others. Thank you Semperviva - you are part of my community and have made a huge difference in my life. Phlippa

You have some excellent Vinyasa teachers - Tina, Reno, Tony (he should teach more vinyasa classes, he is excellent !), Bernie, Wes (and a few more which I forget) who come from a traditional teaching perspective and see yoga as a moving meditation/spiritual practice. Without these teachers, I would not have understood the true meaning of yoga. They are the best.
I also like Semperviva because it seems more like a family business with great customer service, lots of flexibility, many classes to chose from (which works for me as I have an unusual work timetable). Prices are Ok too for monthly passes. I've tried a few of the other studios in Vancouver, but all the ones I tried seemed very commercialized and primarily interested in making money. I am under the impression that Semperviva has ethical principles underpinning the business perspective. Great customer service overall.

-Cooler studio temperature for power yinyasa classes
-Attract more energetic, skilled, & innovative power vinyasa instructors, as many have left over the past year
-Offer more affordable / free workshops for members
Ensure each instructor knows how to adjust the temperature in the studio.
The personal service. e.g. I have had some ongoing back issues and the staff have been very attentive to this. I have had to leave class early some times and they are always helpfully concerned.
