Class variety/availability. Wonderful vibe of studio. Excellent teachers.
Plenty of room - nice facility - good instructors
I don't really like how large the yoga room is, it's not as intimate as I typically like the studios that I practice in to be. Also, the room smells like sweat, I am fine with a little bit of smell but I find it too strong.
Not much, I live on the north shore so only have a few friend in the area.
Great teacher, she was attentive, walked around to check students poses, clear instructions.
I love the teachers dedication to what they do. They provide excellent service and generate a sense of community among the classes. I enjoy how kind every single person working at Semperviva is.
Beautiful space
I like the variety of class and the instructors. There is a class for everyone.
I can't think of much right now, I like the variety of classes and instructors, allows you to chose what works best for you
Many locations and variety of classes.
Friendly staff, great teachers. Grass roots feel vs corporate. (Dont enjoy 40-day challenge crowdedness. Deters me from renewing)
Great into price since Yoga is outrageously priced in Vancouver for the most part.
The space, the friendliness, the teacher quality.
Wonderful classes. Friendly staff. Professional and accurate payment system.
Semperviva has been an important part of my journey to better health and a more peaceful existence!
convenient locations, variety of classes and times to choose from.
friendly staff. organized classes/ schedules. open space. tea afterwards. all amenities really accessible.
Any delightful improvements that could happen?
-a little bowl of elastic bands for hair ;-)
-I'm not sure if this is an option, or how to go about communicating this but perhaps a sign asking people to keep the peace during transition times in/out of class? Transitions pre/post practice are a very sacred time to many, personally, and energetically speaking too, on very fine levels. Or if teachers could remind class that just because the class ends with an Om doesnt mean to launch into loudness and playtime immediately. It's the one reason I sometimes avoid a class when I may "need" it the most... Because it happens so often...(i sometimes find it really jarring how loud/chatty/bustling people are and even the other day after a beautiful class a group of gals talking/giggling laughing in the change room about going to the liquor store to get ready for their night etc... just seems a bit noisy quite often. I try to be mindful too as we're all human, and goodness knows I certainly require much grace and mercy and forgiveness too! Thanks!
Oh- also I was thinking about how on the online schedule its in the 24 hour clock system- but sometimes on quick glance it's hard for me to translate that into my head if i'm at work or on the go doing a quick online schedule search to try and make a class. I know it's not rocket science to figure it out- but I've made mistakes before and missed classes. Any chance it could ever just say the time am/pm?
LOVE YOU ALL! Thanks so much for asking for feedback! it can only get better and better!!!!

No friends. New to town.
It is a big studio with room for many students, but only one washroom
I enjoy the peaceful environment and the location. I have only had 2 sessions but enjoyed the instructor's and their approach.
Semperviva Yoga instructors do a very good job of incorporating spiritual wisdom into classes in ways that are neither preachy, dogmatic, belief system oriented nor didactic. The result, as I have observed for myself and in conversation with other practitioners, is a sincere appreciation of the enlivening and enlightening roles that your Yoga plays in our lives.
you guys have a great schedule that is loaded with classes! There is a great range of class available throughout the whole day, and I love that there are classes at 8pm. Staff are always super friendly. The lady that helped me register, offered to register/sign me up, even though the class that I wanted to take was at another studio. She was super awesome!
The only think that I wish you guys would consider opening a studio in a more transit friendly place. The studios along Broadway are awesome, but soooo far away. Maybe you guys could consider a location near Metrotown? Or somewhere in East Van.
Better waiting / lounge area. I see there is no space in the entrance for this, but it was a bit crowded.
I still think that it is very expensive to go to yoga classes in Vancouver. The overall feel is just a bit tired
Too expensive
Enjoyed class and teacher but thought the class seemed overcrowded. perhaps offering 1 or two more classes during the day would help
A mat outside the yoga space for wiping feet. I noted several people brushing off their feet before entering as the floor in the changing area and hallway was gritty.
Access to the facility was easy to park and find. Your receptionist was very friendly and welcoming. The Yoga instructor was especially nice not drawing unnecessary attention to my first experience as I didn't know what I was doing. She just let me do my thing whether my stance or hand/or arm position was right or wrong. I also appreciated the fact that after the class was over, she came over to me and gave me some encouraging words. It gave me the opportunity to also thank her for making my first Yoga class a fun experience.
Excellent teachers, beautiful studio
Very friendly and welcoming which makes it very easy to keep attending classes!
For the most part, everything is great. My only concern is class size - classes are big and instructor time for those new to yoga is very limited.
