beautiful space, and solid classes thank you! the carpet can be hard on my wrists so this studio is not always my first choice
Welcoming atmosphere. Great classes. Wide range of participants with diverse ages, backgrounds and yoga ability - not appealing only to the "young and trendy".
I prefer the other studios as Kits always feels overcrowded to me
I really enjoy the classes, but dislike that it is always super crowded and on to of that the 40 day challenges are fone as if there are not yet enough peole in the studio. I feel like I am paying all this money to practice yoga in a can of sardines! How zbout getting less people in and focusing more on making it a nice environment for those already there. It's not like it's a cheap studio...
Every class I have been to has been challenging and instructive. I like that the teachers give lots of verbal cues about where hips should be pointing, feet, shoulders etc. I did enjoy Tony's class very much and thought it was a great workout.
The community. The staff, the merchandise, the variety of class styles and times, and the philosophy.
more beginners classes, but otherwise you are very friendly and helpful.
