Friendly staff and kind/knowledgable instructors (but that applies to all your studios, not just Sun Centre)
Offer hot tea and a small lounge area.
I love the atmosphere - being able to look out over False Creek and the seawall, lots of light, high ceilings, lots of windows and doors that can open for fresh air and a sense of space. The staff and teachers are lovely.
The only time I did not have a great experience was the time I went and the teacher was playing kind of discordant rock type music. I would have preferred to know in advance that this was going to be the case and I would have gone to a different class.

It would have been nice if the instructor had asked me how it went etc., as it was my very first yoga class, and I made her aware of this at the start of the class. Other than that, all good.
Classes are large with mats placed very close together, so one-on-one instruction is difficult. Registered for workshop in hopes of smaller class, but was still very large with little time for instructor to come around and provide feedback, adjust alignment, etc.
Friendly staff, the Yoga teachers are great.
Its close to my home. Its smaller, so it feels friendlier.
Punctuality, kindness, availability of so many different options of schedules and types of yoga, location of the studios.
The styes of yoga that are offered, the teachers, the spaces (studios)...Its a cozy enough atmosphere to make me feel omfortable as if I were doing yoga at home, but professional enough as to make me feel safe and in 'good hands'.
If the carpet could be removed then it would be perfect!!!
Teresa Campbell is amazing. The workshop was fantastic and thoroughly enjoyable. We are really glad we did it!
