Access to all the classes in all the studios! Really works with busy schedules.
Spacious & clean studio, with lots of windows, and warm and experienced teachers.
Wish there was more seating room in waiting area ~ classes are usually full, so there is always a struggle to get your coat & shoes on. For me, this takes away from the Zen feeling I get from the class, and I walk away with a little frustration.
I really appreciated Ben's style. I have been trying to get into yoga and have found it difficult as I'm not particularly strong. Ben gave us options and I felt more capable and open to coming back and building up my strength so I can take on the more difficult poses. I also enjoy going to Semperviva as it has a welcoming vibe, no judgement and does not come across as a snobby or stuck up environment. Just chill people, getting their yoga on.
Very clear and welcoming environment. Mats are in very good condition. The front desk staff were very bubbly and energetic.
The room was a little on the warmer side
The change room was awkward and caused a major bottle neck. The mats were covered in dirt and rocks
the teachers are great and so are the windows - also free parking and good change room
It would have been nice for the instructor to tell the class what the chants are and what they mean. I had NO idea what anyone was saying so I just sat/stood there confused while everyone yelled words.
With that being said, I still loved the class and will come every time I’m in Vancouver
I often have a good connection with staff and teachers. The quality of instruction is excellent. I love the view and location of Sea Studio

Too many people in the class. Mats are so close together that I could feel the person beside me breathing on me sometimes.

The classes
I like the fact that there are 2 different locations that I can access, The front desk is helpful and friendly - the premises are clean and smells good. I like most of the instructors - very knowledgeable.
Chill people :) Not trying to be a big corporate spa. Mat use.
Very nice, healthy, bright atmosphere. Classes are large and I don’t feel so bad being a begginer. I workout daily but broke a sweat the whole time and feel like I reset my body and mind for a new day.
Great teachers
I would like better descriptions of each class; a Vinyasa Flow class can vary widely from instructor to instructor in not only skill but style! I love to try new instructors but the classes are very big so not possible to get modifications when the class is unexpected advanced.

I love the locations of the studios especially Sea Studio. I feel very welcomed when I step into a Semperviva studio. The teachers whom I've come in contact with is so warm and friendly and always willing to go out of their way to help you. I also enjoy the different yoga classes that are offered, but not only yoga classes but the workshops and trainings that are offered.

I wish the receptionist had suggested to get the blanket, foam blocks and sitting cushion as I had told them it was my first time and I didn’t know to take these items. They would have really helped me in my first practice
