Everything. A wonderful place to be and wonderful people to be with. Alyson is the best teacher ever and very caring about her students. I like that I don't feel out of place and no one there is judgmental.

I enjoyed the class immensely! The facility was very clean (which I noticed immediately) and
appreciated that aspect also. I enjoyed the professionalism of the instructor and explaining various movements and why they are helpful to our bodies.

A fun & creative way to detox! Classes, no matter the instructor, always push me beyond my edge and I love it! I have never had a bad experience. Everyone is always welcoming and cheerful at the studio - truly a wonderful team of yogis!

The ambiance,inviting.The instructor Heather is great. Initially I spoke with Lauren who is very polite and knowledgeable on the Studio.I conversed with two additional staff members who were very courteous as well. Overall Yoga Den was a very pleasant experience.My daughter and I are looking forward to continuing with our classes. Namaste'
